Children must wear life jackets at all times while onboard.
Guests must follow all captain instructions for safety.
Alcohol is permitted for guests 21+, but excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior will result in termination of the charter without refund.
No drugs or illegal substances are allowed onboard.
Swimming is allowed only when the captain determines it is safe to do so.
Guests participate at their own risk and may be required to sign a liability waiver before departure.
In the event of unsafe weather conditions, the charter may be rescheduled.

If weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule your booking at no extra cost.
Are tips included?
Gratuity is not included. A 15–20% tip for your captain is customary if you enjoyed your experience.
